Growing bankers is our passion!
Becoming a banker is not easy, but we made it simple.
“It was exactly the job I did not know I was looking for.”
Over 15 years ago, I got a job as a corporate banker. That felt ecstatic!
They told me I was going to take care and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. I had no clue what that meant, but it seemed very cool . It was exactly the job I did not know I was looking for. Despite my finance degree, I was a bit stressed, but my mantra is "anything can be learned".
I tried to find information about this new job online and in books. I read as much as I could. But when I started the job, nothing seemed to be like I was thought at the university or in the books I read. I had no clue what I was expected to do (sounds familiar?).
"I like to think of my self as the bankers whisperer!"
I was wondering if I should fake it until I make it, or just confess everything. I decided, I will take everything coming my way and learn as much as possible.
I was able to work on a lot of very complex transactions. After few years of struggle and multiple companies analyzed, I started excelling at the job. It was not the end though. I still had to work long hours every day and the word weekend wasn't part of my vocabulary. That's when I thought "there has to be a better way!".
Therefore, I developed a methodology to dissect and structure transactions. They say that the best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time. While I don’t imagine myself eating a poor elephant, this tip is very practical. I used a 5 step methodology to analyze financial statements. It made my life so much easier and helped me close multiple deals!
Now, I’m on a quest to help young bankers (and aspiring bankers) just like you so you don’t have to go through the same struggles. We designed a program focusing on practical information so you can learn how to analyze and structure your transactions in few weeks instead of years. I will show you how you can have fun in banking, close more deals, and increase your confidence and value so you can negotiate a better salary and get a higher bonus.
